0 Tips to solve your sleep problems
A good time for sleep is 8 hours a day. Lack of sleep for days can cause fatigue in the morning, stress, and bad for health. Insomnia sleep problems experienced by many teenagers to adults. It is very influential in your daily activities. You have to set the sleep time to keep the spirit of the activity in the morning.
Here are some tips to solve your sleep problems or overcome your insomnia.
1. Foods that contain high protein and fat makes it very difficult to sleep. You should try the high carbohydrate-containing foods. Fruits, vegetables, and vitamin supplements are good foods to help you sleep.
2. You have to relax before bed. Perform breathing exercises or meditation about half an hour before bed. You also can try to make yourself comfortable by listening to soft music and a hot shower.
3. Avoid things that can disrupt your sleep. Turn off the lights, PCs or laptops, and other objects that have a disturbing sound or light.
4. You should never be in bed all day. Avoid doing activities on the bed for a long time. Napping for too long is not good. Do not drink coffee or alcohol before you go to bed.
Do not ruin your sleep time with bad habits. You must have the courage to try to do things to help you sleep. Sleep enough makes your day better and more energized. It is not so difficult to do, if you can solve your sleep problems, then you are ready to face your busy days.
