Working in a long time can lead to boredom, stress and emotional levels increase. Here are some tips to raise your spirit while working.
1. Give a spare time for you at the start of office hours
Try to come earlier than usual. Give your time to relax, chat with friends, arrange the items on your desk, and others. This will give you peace in starting the job.
2. Do things that you normally do not
